Return Policy & Order Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your order, you must do so in writing at sales@crystalpalacechandeliers.com within 3 business days after your order has been placed.
Buy with confidence, we offer a 30 return policy for all chandeliers (excluding custom order and large chandeliers over 30 inches) with NO restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the merchandise in original condition we will contact you to refund the funds in the same method in which the item was purchased. Crystal Palace Chandeliers reserves the right to modify some parts on the chandeliers without notifying customers.
To return merchandise within 30 days, Item MUST be: Unused, in resalable condition and has not been installed or modified in any way.
Please use the following procedure:
- Any item that you wish to return that does not fall under a non-returnable items category, or is broken during shipping MUST be reported in writing to sales@crystalpalacechandeliers.com within 3 business days of receiving merchandise. You will receive a Return Approval Number (RAN) from us that you need to include with your shipment.
- Package ALL items in original boxes, crates and packaging unless unusable. The merchandise must be in original condition when received by us. If damage occurs to a returned item during shipping due to inadequate packing, a refund will NOT be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack items with sufficient packaging material. It is in the customers best interest to insure the package.
- Item MUST be: Unused, in resalable condition, has not been installed or modified in any way
- If your product is damaged during return shipment to us, Crystal Palace Chandeliers will inform the customer that the items were received damaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping center and follow up on the claim. It is very important to insure the items for this reason.
Crystal Palace Chandeliers will replace damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. All broken merchandise or defective merchandise must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this time.
Please us the following procedure:
- Please send us a photo or photos via email to sales@crystalpalacechandeliers.com of the pieces broken during shipment or defects so that we may replace them with the proper pieces.
There are NO Returns on custom ordered chandeliers and chandeliers larger than 30 inches.
All Sales are FINAL after 30 days.
There are no returns on merchandise that is shipped outside of the United States except for Canada or the United Kingdom.
